I am not at all sure as to what that means because i have always believed Love to be a mystery,but maybe it's not. What the fudge is going on here? You all know that i love sweets, hence the Konfections(sweets)in SaucyKonfections. Anyway, Pretty Ricky is saying all the right words to me,"honey,"ice cream",but what the fudge is going on with this low-budget video? All the yellow is blinding my eyes. Wow,there's not much i can say about the video except that it speaks for itself.

I was almost embarrassed to put up these words, but it goes to show that you do not need to be a good writer to be a success in this industry.Marvin Gaye, you guys are not and you are certainly not Jodeci! The beat sounds like a recycled tune from the Jodeci Era so may be that is why the song may stick in some people's heads.

First Thought :wow,an apology song turned hit.
Video Review: This video,in my opinion, is ingenious in that Akon was able to depict exactly the lyrics of the song. I am impressed because every stanza of "Sorry Blame It On Me" matches almost perfectly the scenes in the video. In addition, i find it interesting that he didn't have to be really present in the video for his point to be made;the actors played each role perfectly.

Song Review: No one can deny that Akon is creative. How did a song of apology turn into a hit? As far as I am aware, Akon wrote "Sorry Blame It On Me" to respond to all those who questioned his actions of late. The lyrics are straight to the point and address any questions of how Akon might have felt during this trying time in his life. I must admit that i,too,was disappointed to learn about the 14-year-old girl situation,but i must admit,i cannot fully blame Akon. "How was he to know that she was underage?" The saying goes,it takes two to tango.

At the same time,Keyshia is telling us to "Let {him}Go" because eventhough you wanna make it work,he doesn't want to make it work.

T.I Vs T.I.P Album Review-Saucy's Review

T.I vs T.I.P is rapper T.I's fifth studio album. Fifth?Yes,fifth. Listening to this latest album,one would not know that this is T.I's fifth album because for a veteran,T.I does not deliver as he should. After listening to all 16 tracks, I was disappointed to learn that there are about only two songs that carry a little weight:"Big Sh*t Poppin" and "You Know What It Is."

T.I. describes T.I vs T.I.P as being a "competition with himself" because there are no other artists that can compete with him-yes,T.I claims he is that good. Don't get me wrong,i like the concept of the album where an artist battles with his alter ego,but i was expecting so much from the self-proclaimed "King of the South." Is T.I doing anything lyrically,you ask? As usual, TI talks about money and how nobody has as much money as he does.How original. 50 cent along with so many other rappers make the same claims. T.I, I don't know what it is,but your Sh*t ain't poppin.

Overall not a bad album. After listening to the entire album, you will notice that only a few songs stand out:"Like This","Comeback," "Flashback's,"Work,"to name a few. The problem with Ms. Kelly's album is that there are too many slow ballads mixed with the occasional up-tempo songs.Sometimes the listener finds himself being drowned with slow ballad songs that all pretty much sound the same.Nevertheless,kudos to Ms.Kelly for trying to step out of the shadows of Beyonce....Destiny's Child.Kelly's album drops today July 3rd.

Brief Intro:Gotta Work is Amerie's newest single off of her Because I Love It cd,her third album to date.

Video Review:Visually, Amerie is a site to behold.Her beauty coupled with some simple dance moves,and some sexy wardrobe makes for a visually enticing video. The video is somewhat reminicent of her 1 Thing video and so i have dubbed Gotta Work as 1 Thing part2. The video is mediocre at best,if you like looking at beautiful women strut in a video, then this is the video for you.

Song Review:I love the lyrics to this song. I am loving the message that Amerie wants to get across."Sometimes there's gonna pain like this...sometimes you gotta work hard for it." I think that we can all agree that vocally Amerie isn't as strong as say singer Beyonce,for example. Nevertheless her raspy voice in conjunction with some infectious beats usually makes for a good catchy song. I must say that i am not loving"Gotta Work" and it sounds too much like the go-go-beat-driven 1 Thing. 1 thing was a much better song and therefore Gotta Work falls short in my opinion.

I personally feel that this album isn't one of Fabolous'best.Not a Fabulous album Fabolous! Honestly, I fell asleep listening to his slow-Mason Betha flows.If it weren't for the all-star cameos(Jay z,Rihanna, and Ne-yo, to name a few), this album would be "nothin." Song Review: I love "We Takin Over", but like all songs with great beats,sometimes the great beat drowns out the not so great lyrics. Well, i listened to the song and i read the lyrics and i was sad to learn that as usual, our rappers have nothing better to talk about than cars,women also referred to as "hoes",jewelry and guns. When are we going to change,people? I swear, the best verse was Akon's. I mean what is happening with hip-hop music? Somebody give me an answer.

Both artists have been climbing the charts with Rihanna's Umbrella and T-pains Shawty Snappin single. Will their albums live up to the hype? Well listen for yourself. Rihanna Robyn Fenty:
Well, i said it once before and i will say it again."Rehab" is one of the best songs on the album. I could listen to that song over and over again. I think almost everyone would like this song(Beautiful lyrics and a great beat.) I also enjoyed listening to "Don't Stop The Music-maybe because it uses Micheal Jackson's Wanna be startin something beat. "Sell me candy isn't bad either(you know i love candy and sweets.) There is that Mad cobra "flex" sample titled "Say It". Finally, there's the Good Girl Gone Bad track which i found myself rocking to . All, in all a pretty good album. There's a lot pop,rock,and r&b fusion happening on this cd and it shows that the young Barbadian is trying to do something different with her music.


T-pain Faheem Najim
What can I say about T-pain that I haven't said before? He is definitely adding flavor to the R&B scene and I love his style.I don't,however,like the fact that he always talks about strippers,bars,and clubs.I must say that i do like a few tracks on his album, though. Who doesn't like Shawty Snappin(Buy You A Drank)? Well, i love that song and i like "Bartender" as well."Buy you a drink" from the "Bartender" and get you "Tipsy"(that's how you got your wife,Tpain?)I also like "Church." Faheem claims that his music is hard and b and Church let's us know exactly what hard and b is. Finally he has a song called "HIV," a very profound song which makes you think. The first question that you will ask yourself is "does T-pain have HIV?"I don't think you'll ever know the answer from the song alone.Regardless,the HIV track will give everyone food for thought:wrap-it up people!Overall not a bad cd.
