OOPS SHE DID IT AGAIN! Britney Spears has found herself making a fool of herself yet again,and this time, on a beach. Britney Spears couldn't bring herself to get a bathing suit(she probably would have picked up a bathing suit that looks like lingerie anyway)so she decided to hit the beach in her underwear and bra.
